Which DVD set is best for me
Further to my last post- maybe I should stick to a programme. If so - which? I've got Body Revolution, T25, Chalean Extreme and insanity. I'm females, 48, 5ft 8 and weigh 148 pounds so am within healthy weight range but want to lose some fat and look more toned.

How much protein do I REALLY need
I'm 147 pounds and just about to start P90X3. According to the guide - I need 113g protein. Im a vegetarian and semi vegan- I don't really eat dairy products. Do I really need this amount as the only way I'm going to get it is protein shakes and that seems such a waste of calories.

Just finished ease into 5 k- yeaahhhhhh so I'm looking for a 10k app. I've got Bridge to 10k but I'm sure somewhere I've seen one that instead of just increasing the time- brings in fast intervals which I like the sound of. Any advice would be really appreciated.
