MFP activity level change my fitbit adjustment?

Shouldn't changing my MFP activity level change my fitbit adjustment? I know final figures will be the same but this has confused me.

Sometimes when you log an exercise that cancels out some the calories you earn from Fitbit. Lesson I learned a while back.

Oooo. Just noticed that for previous days, my initial calorie allowance has changed because I changed my activity level ( as expected but the fitbit adjustment didn't change to allow for this this.
