I have started loads of DVD programmes with great enthusiasm and then got bored and given up and then a few weeks later started something else. I have access to Chalean Extreme, Turbofire, a Turbojam, Insanity, T25 and Body Revolution.

After getting advice from another post- I've decided to put together my own programme giving me more variation

I'm females, 48, 5ft 8 and weigh 148 pounds so am within healthy weight range but want to lose some fat and look more toned.

This is my plan but I'd love comments

Monday- Chalean extreme workout 1 plus DVD stretch routine
Tuesday- 30 min blogilates and 30 mins of running/ cycling/ cardio from a DVD set, depending on my mood
Wednesday - Chalean extreme Workout 2 plus DVD stretch routine
Thursday - rest
Friday- as Tuesday
Saturday- Chalean extreme workout 2 plus DVD stretch routine
Sunday- as Tuesday

Info:
Most of my DVDS have 30 minute workouts apart from Insanity.
I have a bid of a dodgy back which is why I want to do Pilates.
I have more concerns with fron and back of my torso, than my legs and arms.
