I'm fed up with eating the same foods and so am looking for a meal plan to help guide me.
I'm a vegetarian but want to eat more vegan food and not just rely on eggs and cheese
I want it to be easily adaptable for different calorie levels ( Happy herbivore is just 1200 cals)
I don't want it to be full of low calorie muffins etc- I want it to be healthy.

I've looked at the BB one on team beachbody but can't become a member as I'm in the UK- any other suggestions?

Well, healthy vegan food start with fruit and vegetables and I believe no membership fee is required.

Is that the name of the website? I've googled 'Healthy vegan food' and can't find a site of that name.

Hi there. I'm not a vegan or even a vegetarian but I Googled 'low calorie vegan meal plan' (google.co.uk) and quite a few suggestions come up. I'm not saying any of them are 'good' or 'bad' but they are there. Hope this helps. :)

Edited to add: sorry, seems you already tried google and didn't get what you were after.
