A 3 year old needs 1250 cals

How much Fiber do i need?
I read on a website that on average a person needs 25-35g of fiber daily, but MFP has me set at 14g a day. Why so low? I thought I was doing so well at ALWAYS meeting that 14 goal but now not so much... should I manually up it to 25?

What's the most influential change you've made
since starting on MFP? I think I'd have to say for me it was ending the drinking of calories! I drink plain water about 95% of the time now, and it has really helped me to cut back on my calories!

Update on my nephew
I heard from my mom about him last night, he is doing much better, has not had another seizure, but is being kept in intensive care so they can try and find out what's going on.
