Hamburger recipe?

We are prepping to move on the 28th of this month so we're trying to use up all the food we have, I have 2 packages of frozen lean hamburger meat and need ideas on what to do with it. I thought of meatloaf but we have no breadcrumbs....... any ideas? with recipes pleaaaaase :bigsmile: :drinker:

    Shepherd's pie with cauliflower mash instead of potatoes...
    Tacos with whole wheat tortillas...
    Make spaghetti sauce and put some ground hamburger and spinach in it...
    Hmmm...
    If I think of more, I'll add them. There was a good recipe for the shepherd's pie, but I don't know how to get links.

    And you could always make breadcrumbs. Just toast your bread and then put it in the blender.

    this is my mums recipe for hamburger patties
    *excuse the no measurements, when i make it i just do it until it looks right, kinda got a feel for that now, and i dont know any of the caloric intakes either SORRY!:embarassed:

    meat, plain flour, egg, some chopped up onion, capscium, shallots, grated carrot, spices/herbs of your choice and if you want some bbq or chilli sauce

    mix it all together and then cook at whatever size you want your patties to be
