I'm browsing books on Amazon and am considering picking up this one but I much first ask 2 questions about the book, since I know so many of you have it and love it! 1) how illustrated is it? I am very visual, is there a photo for each recipe? and 2) how many people do the recipes generally serve? I usually cook for 2, so if they are all for 4 or more, and are not easily dividable it wont be very useful! Thanks in advance

    Heya! :)
I have the cookbook, and I love it to bits! Most of the recipies are fairly easily divided (and those that aren't - in my experience - keep well).

About half of the recipies are illustrated. Almost all of them are on white and pink paper I believe (I may be off on the color), but then at the end there are photo pages full of pictures, and a LOT of the food is pictured.

There's basically everything you could want, from breakfast through dessert, plus theres a bunch of checklists and 'survival guides' to help add some pages. PLUS theres a great section on healthy mixed drinks which is awesome if you're having guests and would like a healthy alcoholic beverage.

Is the food healthy? It seems greasy for the most part...

hi, apparently it's all very low calorie versions of high calorie favourites. I read reviews and they sound great.
