Treadmill settings?
Hi everyone! Just wondering what all the settings mean on a treadmill? I use the one at the Gym and the different settings are: Manual, Fat Burn, Cardio, Personal Trainer, Random, Hill and Fit Test. If anyone can give me a description of what they all mean, I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks in advance!

When?
Just wondering for those of you that have/had big losses to lose. (I want to lose between 60-70 pounds). How much did you lose when people started noticing and when did your clothes start getting looser/bigger? I have been doing this for 31 days and have lost a total of 5.8 pounds so far. I still have a long way to go!

I really need some ideas!

Hi All! I started this last Monday (9/16/13) weighed myself after I woke up and went potty.So,that is when I will be doing my Weigh-Ins (Monday mornings first thing) I hope that I lost this first week. Exercised today!
I just joined this and started on Monday (9/16/13). I went to the gym today with hubby. I actually exercised for the first time in years! I started out slow- 20 minutes on the treadmill and burned only 121 calories. But, it's a start! We plan on exercising together and going back on Friday. :happy:
