Plateu HELP!!

Hi All!
Well, I have hit a plateau. I started this "Lifestyle Change" on September 16, 2013. Since Christmas I can't lose anymore than 25 pounds. I actually keep going back and forth between 20-25 pounds.
I am keeping track of my calories and drinking the water but I haven't been going to the gym as much. So, my solution is to get my butt back to the gym for at least 3 times a week.
I am pretty sure if I start exercising again on a more consistent basis the weight will start coming off again. (I hope!)
Any other suggestions??
The good news is a NSV - I have dropped 2 sizes! :)
