I really need some ideas!

Hi all! I just re-joined on Monday after being away for almost 2 years. Anyway, I feel like I am always starving and I need ideas on what to eat that is low in calories, yet, filling. I'm a "comfort" food eater, so, this is really hard for me. :( Thanks in advance on any helpful suggestions! :)

    Hi there. I'm also a comfort food eater. I'd pick a bowl of mashed potatoes over a slice of cake any day. :smile: Anyways, I like to eat two meals each day plus one or two snacks. My brunch is usually eggs over a small potato or sweet potato. I use greek yogurt in place of the butter and sometimes add hot sauce or salsa. Since I have only two meals, I have calories for a decent dinner. I know this may not be for everyone, but I find having many small meals throughout the day only makes me more hungry.
