how to get back on track?
It's been almost a year (in January) since I started and I have lost 52 pounds. I took a lot of dedication that I seem to have lost now. I find myself eating more crap, skipping workouts and binging more and more and I feel so bad about it. What should I do to get motivated again?

Why am I gaining?

How does it work?
My BMR is 1526 My TDE 2099 And 20% from that is 1679 And that is according to the scooby calculator. Is a 20% cut the best? And more importantly is this before of after exercise calories? I get a feeling I shouldn't eat back my exercise calories when it asked my how much I work out. Thank you!

Sleeping mat or yoga mat?
I'm going to a yoga workshop on Saturday and they said I needed to have my own yoga mat with me. I don't have one and I really don't feel like having more stuff to take with me when I move, I'm flying with only one suitcase. Could I use a sleeping mat as a yogamat? You know the ones you use for camping.

Decided to raise my calories
So I decided to raise my calories and I'm so scared! I feel really bad about eating more:S I heard it takes some time to start losing again but how long should I wait to weigh myself? I don't know if I could keep going if I saw a big gain.

What am I doing wrong?
I exercise 5-6 times a week and eat 1200 to 1300 calories (except for special occasions) I drink soooo much water and try to eat as clean as possible (my diary is open). Doing it right! Diffrent information
Ok, so this is not as easy as I thought because everyone is telling me different things. Before my plan was to eat 1200 calories a day (not eating back exercise cals) and working out 1,5 hours 5 times a week. How much should I be eating? My BMR is 1500 and I don't want to eat to little but at the same time I want to lose weight.

Starting ballet?
I'm thinking about starting ballet when I go to college in the fall, hopefully I will be the 145lbs/65kg thats my goal weight then. But I'm very uncoordinated and no so flexible. Will the ballet help me with that or will I just have a hard time and be the worst one there?

Not hungry
Hello, this may seem like a luxury problem but when I wake up late I don't feel like eating both breakfast and lunch but if i don't do it I'm way under 1200 calories. I don't want to eat when I'm not hungry but I don't want to break down my muscles and put my body in starvation mode. What do you do?

Goal weight trubble
I'm thinking about my goal weight thats 65kg/143lbs... Do you think I should aim at 60kg/132lbs instead because then I will be exactly the healthy weight according to BMI. Or will it just be sooo hard to retain that weight?

Beeing polite

My diary is so up and down. Sometimes I exercise a lot and is waaay under my calorie goal (I have only been over my goal one time in a month) And sometimes I'm over in my sugar. Could someone look through my profile and say what I should think about fixing?
