I'm thinking about my goal weight thats 65kg/143lbs... Do you think I should aim at 60kg/132lbs instead because then I will be exactly the healthy weight according to BMI. Or will it just be sooo hard to retain that weight?

I took my goals in chunks. When I started with MFP I set my goal to lose 50 pounds (which is what the doctor thought would be a "good ideal for me to lose") and a I decided, "I'll see how I feel when I get there." I think I went through 3 goals overall and am now farther along than any goal I had set.

There's nothing wrong with taking your weight loss in more manageable chunks. Personally, I think it helps with the mental part of losing weight and makes it not feel so overwhelming.

I don't believe in those charts. Every person is different. I am emaciated at 150, while others are fat. I recommend getting to a point where you feel comfortable and look the way you want regardless of that number on the scale.
