Not hungry

Hello, this may seem like a luxury problem but when I wake up late I don't feel like eating both breakfast and lunch but if i don't do it I'm way under 1200 calories. I don't want to eat when I'm not hungry but I don't want to break down my muscles and put my body in starvation mode. What do you do?

    Eat higher-calorie food.

    Have you tried drinking your calories? Some mornings I feel like I'm going to be physically ill if I try to eat breakfast so I'll make a smoothie instead. There are some great protein shake/smoothie recipes in the Recipes section!

    Jar of peanut butter + Spoon :)

    Pack some nuts to snack on throughout the day.

    Try making big lattes in the morning.
