knee injury please help
I want to cry. Last monday I went to bootcamp and did a quad stretch exercise that required my right knee to be down on the ground while pulling my right foot to my butt. Hit me with your top filling foods
This is day 2 of being REALLY hungry all the time. Like graze mode all day. I am eating pretty ok but very very close or over and still HUNGRY. I upped my calories recently (lose .5 lbs vs 1 lb a week) as I am basically at my target weight. So I need some filling foods. Any suggestions? Thanks!

NSV -- work event
I went to a work event last week. People haven't seen me in 3-4 months (aka 25 lbs ago) and WOW what great response I got. Just about everyone said something nice and a few of them started calling me Twiggy. It just felt so great. I know I've lost but wasn't sure how much people would notice. It felt GREAT.

Women: What do you wear in cool weather to run in?
I am planning ahead -- what do you wear on top and bottom for running in fall/winter? I am assuming tights or legging sort of running bottoms. What about tops? I've been wearing running tops with bras built in and really like them. I do have some running bras ... any suggestions? Thanks!

Getting bored need to add something
I am doing bootcamp 3x a week and trying to do C25k 3x a week and yoga on occasion and walking 60 mins if I don't do C25k. I am getting bored with my routine and need something else. Any suggestions on something to add that burns a lot? TIA!

I have a Polar HRM and really like wearing it. I have a high resting HR and a very high workout HR. Today at bootcamp I maxed HR at 182. Calculating bootcamp for exercise?
Anyone have a calculation of calories burned for 60 minutes of bootcamp (interval training)? Basically don't stop moving for 60 minutes but no single exercise for more than a rep or 2? I am looking to see how many calories it would count for. I am in terrible shape but in session 3 of bootcamp! THANK!
