How do you figure out your goals?

How do you declare "done"? Share your logic please! I am trying to sort out what to do. I started with a goal of 155 and just reset it to 150.
THANKS!

I hate to be so simplistic, but I use my Nintendo Wii. The program I have (Wii Fit) classifies your weight/height (BMI) and tells you the classification you fall into. Right now it says "That's Obese" when I weigh myself, but there is a "normal" or average classification. I am sure when I get close to my goal weight that I will adjust my weight a few pounds here and there like you are doing. Based on my time lines I am probably a year away before I have to worry about that!0

My goal weight it just a number. I have a specific look and size that I want to be more than a weight. If I weight more than what I was hoping to get down to but look how I want to then I won't try to get lower. I've been doing lots of weight training so I maybe not lose as many pounds because I'll be gaining more muscle.
I think it's something you'll know it when you get there.
Also, a doctor can probably help you out with a personal target for your health needs.0
