Silly NSV

Tonight we took our son out to celebrate graduating from kindergarten. I ordered a hamburger with a bun (splurge) and instead of French fries I ordered broccoli and I didn't eat anyone else's French fries or taste dessert. I would NEVER have done that before (I struggle with will power) and I feel great about my will power and splurge dinner but not too much of a splurge.
That is all!
That is all!

Totally awesome! I don't have a lot of will power either.0

Not silly at all! It is one of hopefully many repetitive acts that become habits that become part of your DNA. I haven't had anything made of processed sugar in four months by going by the day to day refusal to have any because my body didn't need it...at this point, I don't crave sweet things anymore...
Now fatty foods...don't get me started. I want pizza and mexican EVERY SINGLE EFFING DAY!!!0 -
We forget that each one of these daily triumphs over old bad habits is a step in the right direction and something to be proud of! Great job fighting the urge!!:)0

Absolutely amazing!! Dont think silly~ THINK STRONG:)0

Weight loss is a series of small victories, and the victory over will power is the biggest, if that makes any sense. Congrats!0

This is far from silly.. You have shown great will power and I salute you for this. I would have surely had a few fries.. could barely resist hot fries.. Good for you.. Keep it up...0
