How to go back?

I have been on a low carb/sugar and high protein diet for about a month now. It is working very well and I am likely to do this hard core for another month or 2 before I hit my goal and go to fat loss/maintenance mode (vs weight loss mode which is where I am now). So if you have done this - any tips? I am just trying to think about what my future diet would look like. Do you eat more carbs? What about sugar?
