I know so many people are against the Body by Vi shakes and thats fine, but I find its been really helping me. So with that being said, is there anyone on here that is drinking the shakes and doing Weight Watchers at the same time? Ive been doing that for the past week and its been really working well for me.

Does anyone feel guilty after having a cheat night? I've been really good all week and decided to have a cheat night. But I still kinda feel guilty. Is that normal or does anyone else feel like that?

Low Fat Gingerbread Men
I found this recipe a few days ago: http://lowfatcooking.about.com/od/christmas/r/gingermen1204.htm It uses applesauce in the recipe. It adds a nice flavor. You don't use a lot of butter or anything. Now you don't have to feel so guilty eating just one :)

3500 Calories
So I've been reading online that in order to burn 1 pd a week you need to burn 3500 in excess a week. So would i be ok if I say burn 200 in one day, and 500 in the next, as long as it adds up to 500? I'm finding it really hard also to track my food after being off of it for a couple months due to a car accident.
