Does anyone know of a good website that will show free weight exercises for toning and burning fat? I've got the cardio thing down pat and just need a routine for free weights....

Look up the muscle you want to work, and it will tell you all the possible (standard) exercises you can do for it.

And another link with an entire workout program:

not always free weights, but the workouts are great. you'll definitely see definition after doing them.

Hardcore workout or just general? Online I don't know, but I read Muscle and Fitness: Hers. They have one long workout every two months in the mag. it's done wonders for me and I only do it three times a week. It kicks my butt though. Helped me learn static trapeze.

Abs are made in the kitchen. If you eat cleaner, for example I replaced all of my snacks with fruit and veggies, it will help out a lot. Crunches only do so much. But for overall toning, I'd say find a workout in a magazine or online, stick with it for awhile, they try another one. thankfully, M & F: hers only comes out once every two months; by the new issue I am tired of my old workout and want a new challenge. My favorite exercise is Dumbbell renegade rows...tee hee I can do those with 25lbs now. :)
