Shakes

Hey all! I'm just testing out a Meal Replacement bag from Body by Vi from a friend of mine. It's a bit too expensive to get into for a one month supply.
Was just wondering everyone's opinion as far as what is a good meal replacement shake to buy. I'm a shift worker and find it more handier to have meal replacement shakes.
I'm doing Weight Watchers also and find that most shakes are about 5 pts.
Thanks for your help!

I use Shakeology. Helped me break through a plateau and I definitely feel better after using a couple of weeks.0

Bit too expensive for my liking. I'm hoping for a brand I can go to a Health Food store to buy0 -

But you don't need to add water to food. You just eat it?0 -
Body by Vi is a bad choice all around....for so many reasons. If you want to research them, type "Body by Vi" into the community search bar and you'll get more information than you could ever want.
Throw some greek yogurt, ice, and fruit in a blender... maybe even some protein powder if you like...and you'll have a delicious, refreshing meal that takes < 5 minutes to make. You can find lots of great recipes for homemade shakes online- even here in the forums if you search.0 -
