Hey all! Can anyone recommend a good app for an itouch/iphone for workout routines and such? Preferebly something not expensive. Thanks

Nike Training Club.. it's free and has lots of great workouts.0

Nike has a good one as well (nike training or NTC on IPhone app store) and if you want to start running C25K free (couch to 5K) is great0
