Worst Week

I've slipped into a bit of a slum recently, and have been off of work because of stress, so I haven't really gone to the gym in almost a week. Been trying to eat as healthy as I can, and my weight has relatively stayed the same. Has this happened to anyone else? If so, were you able to still lose the weight? I am planning to get back to the gym tomorrow. Just been too depressed to leave the house.

    I'm sorry you've been in a slum... it happens to the best of us. Just remember that a lapse is not a relapse, and just because you need to take a week off here and there doesn't mean that you're back into your old ways. Do what's best for yourself and your body, and get back to it as soon as you feel like you can :)

    Sorry to hear :( Hope things pick up for you soon.

    Whatever you do don't mope, and don't comfort eat. Make sure you have plenty of things to do or some relaxation ideas that doesn't consist of food.

    I've been sticking to the calories that I need for the day, and am trying to keep as busy as I can.

    I tend to get in funks whenever I go back to school. I try to sleep it off, it doesn't work :P
