Sooo I've decided to keep me sane my new plan is : eat at a defecit 6 days a week (1200) calories , then one day a week have 2000 calories. Do you think this will work ? Or wil I gain ???

Weekly defecit work ?
I look at my calories on a weekly basis rather than on a daily basis now . ? Is this correct ? For instance I eat at maintenance ( 1500) , but some days I may have say 2000 calories and some days are lower .

I love grilled pork sausages . I count then into my calories but every times I've eaten them I feel guilty and like I'm going to be huge and fat .What's everyone's views on grilled sausages / should I stop eating them ??

Well ... I totally do not get dieting ! Did Atkins gained 2lb , pigged out nite and lost a pound !?????? Atkins says calories in vs calories out is a myth . Anyone disagree ?

Binge once a week
I no this is not a good thing but I've found I tend to eat at a defecit 6 days a week then binge once a week around 3000 calories. I still tend to loose if I do this though! I only gain if I binge over 3000 calories in one time or binge more than once a week. Has anyone else found this?

Beat the mindset of binges

Ok so here's my new plan . Six days a week I have; 1500 cals daily however must burn 300 cals exercise so I'm netting 1200 daily . If I'm not exercising just have 1200 cals a day . Then one day a week treat day of 2000 calories . Wil this work to loose around 1lb a week ? I'm 4ft 11 Weigh around 8st

I Worked out my calories on jillian Michaels website It's says to have 964 calories daily This will feel too low for me so my aim is 1300 daily and to burn 336 daily at the gym then at least I net 964 ???? Would that be correct in calories netting terms ? I'm only 4ft 10

Mfp says if I net 1159 calories I will be 8st. Woooooh Think I will try this and see ? Today I had 1440 but burned 281 at the gym. Up to now mfp has been pretty accurate What's everyone else opinions ? Have your estimates been accurate ?
