I no this is not a good thing but I've found I tend to eat at a defecit 6 days a week then binge once a week around 3000 calories. I still tend to loose if I do this though! I only gain if I binge over 3000 calories in one time or binge more than once a week. Has anyone else found this?

I usually have a "cheat" day once a week or once every 2 weeks, I usually don't really factor in weight gained, I weigh myself and go crazy for 1 day and then weigh myself a week later, that way I don't notice a big spike if i do gain weight.
Usually now though I try to work in a treat a couple days a week, Id like to completely stop binge days.

It doesn't help if you eat at a good deficit all week then eat back that deficit and more in one day.

Ask yourself a question, are you binging because you are setting your calorie goals too high? Maybe instead of shooting for 2lbs per week (not sure if that's what you're doing) why not shoot for .5 lbs per week. Your daily calorie allowance will be more managable, you can eat more of the foods you like and when binge day comes you won't be an inclined.

Also, it's ok to have a bad day once in a while, just try not to make it a weekly thing.

Another tip, try exercising and putting some those calories aside for a "bad" day later in the week If you save up 300 calories a day 4 times a week that's 1,200 calories.
