Hey there everybody hope your good ???? I Worked out my calories on jillian Michaels website It's says to have 964 calories daily This will feel too low for me so my aim is 1300 daily and to burn 336 daily at the gym then at least I net 964 ???? Would that be correct in calories netting terms ? I'm only 4ft 10

Yeah, you definitely shouldn't be only eating 164 calories/day. That is way too few. 1300 sounds like a good place to start. I would recommend that you eat as much food as you can while still maintaining a 1-2 lb/week weight loss. This will be beneficial down the road if you hit a plateau, as it gives you room to make adjustments to get the scale moving again, if that happens.
If you'd like more info, please let me know and I'd be happy to send some more your way!

You should be netting at least 1200. Less than that won't be enough fuel for your body, especially if you're exercising. Make sure you're eating back most of your exercise calories to help you hit your net goal.
Honestly, if a website (no matter who it's endorsed by) made such a wrongheaded suggestion to me, I wouldn't use it again.0
