Hi everybody . So I'm fairly new to lifting
Would you mind giving me some pointers in lifting ?
I have two ideas:
Either
Lift 3times a week for 1 hour and do cardio on the other two days
Or
30min arms and shoulders (dumbells)
Then 30min legs
Then 15minuite stair master
5times a week
I've been on body building.com and other sites. I have a basic idea of moves and routines I just need guidance on duration of workout and how often to lift / how often to do cardio ? I do stair master and treadmill incline walks as cardio xx
Sorry to mither you. Jus a little lost x

I usually lift for 20-30 minutes (including squats and lunges) and I do 15 minutes of cardio before and 15 after lifting. I find that if you have a routine, no matter how long it takes, get it done.0
