So.... I over ate ( binged) tnite and I was going to spiral into a deep guilt and depression but then I thought ok so if I ate at maintenance (1500) daily . Well 1500 x 7 = 10,500 Calories net in a week.
Well I've been eating at around 1200 since Monday , but tonight I went a bit off rail and went up to 2773 calories in one day!
Now I was getting upset and thinking great another binge but then i stopped because .....
IfI eat 1200 cals on sat and sun , then my weekly net will still be below a weekly net of what my maintenance calories would be . So I can come back from this binge. All is bit lost . Am I thinking correctly ?????
It's the weekly calories that matters ? If it's below maintenance weekly I won't gain ?

Are you sure you maintain at 1500? That is very very low.
Just playing with an online calculator at 27 years old and a woman you would have to be completely sedentary, weigh 100 pounds and be 4'6'' tall to maintain at 1500.
honestly I would be very suprised if you could maintain at 1500 calories without losing weight over the long term.0 -
if over a week you eat at or below maintenance you shouldn't put much if any fat on, but you might add on a bit of water weight which'll come off fairly easily.0
