Introduction
Hey all, I'm on my third attempt to finish this program. In 2015 I got mono and then got pregnant shortly after recovering. I tried again after I had a baby and was up to Strength and Power IV when I needed to have my gallbladder removed and couldn't lift for 6 weeks. I've started again. Still on Basic Training I. How is…

How do you log your exercise for a supercharged workout?
The "weight training" seems too low, I started using "circuit training" but then I started gaining weight so it might be too high... Doing my third workout in Basic Training 3 today, I love this program!
-
Starting Supercharged Today. What's your warm-up? Do you do RAMP?
Usually I just stretch for 5 - 10 minutes and then I do a set with just the bar before each exercise, but I'm going to try the RAMP stuff today.

If you weigh yourself every day, do you adjust your calories every day?
How often do you adjust your calories?

Strength Standards Website
I saw someone post this elsewhere today, and it seemed really cool: http://www.strstd.com/ I'm at "untrained" at benchpress and deadlift, novice on overhead press, and intermediate with squats. Does this mean I've been training unevenly? Is this dangerous? Should I stop adding weights to squatting until I catch up?

Have you changed Micros? Calcoum, Iron, etc?
TTC soon, and I'm trying to learn as much as I can about nutrition. I'm all good with calories macos, etc. Should I change my settings for Calcium, Iron or anything else?

I made some recipes in the book!
I don't mind cooking but I hate meal planning. I never know what to make. I would eat the same thing every week if I could, but my husband likes trying new things (and he loves cooking even more.) We have been running out of ideas but I remembered there were a ton of recipes in the book, so we tried some, and they have all…

*SPOILERS* For people who finished the story missions.
***SPOILERS*** Does anyone wanted to talk about the plot and what they think will happen in season 2? I have a theory that the zombies are the ones who shot down Runner 5's helicopter. What do you think?

UGH, Possibly Injured Wrist
I'm nearing the end of my week of rest between stages 2 and 3. On Saturday I helped out with a community service project that included a lot of lifting and manual labor. My whole body was sore for two days. But my wrist still hurts. I might take off another week and if it lasts longer than 2 weeks, see a doctor. I'm just…

Somehow gaining muscle *and* fat?
I am wary of noobs who don't lose weight and say well, maybe I am gaining muscle. But I have the numbers to prove it. On July 25, I was 192 pounds and 36.5% body fat. 192 x .365 = 70.08 (pounds of fat) 192 - 70.08 = 121.92 (pounds of lean mass) I went to the doctor for my annual exam yesterday, and weighed in at 197. This…

Who is your Olympic athlete body match?
The BBC has complied a database of the heights and weights of all Olympic athletes: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-19050139 You can click around to people near you to find someone of the same gender (or country) if you want. Closest woman athlete to my specs is Amanda Bingson in the hammer throw.

Bar Recommendations
The book recommends a post workout shake, which would be very difficult for my schedule, but I can have a bar as a post workout snack. What do you like? I know he recommends Atkins and zone bars. I like Luna Bars and Cliff bars, but they only have 9 to 11 grams of protein and the ones in the book all had 20.…

Going to be a bridesmaid!
My roommate from grad school is getting married in September, and I am going to be a bridesmaid in her wedding! This is great motivation to get back on track. She picked out a color from David's Bridal and said we can pick whatever style we choose, but I really want to rock it!

Body Fat Percentage in Goal Setting.
I purchased an Omron Body Fat Monitor, and am using it as a way to gauge my progress. A few years ago I was down to 157 pounds, looked great, but was always hungry and feeling depressed and anxious because I couldn't lose any more weight. I was going by BMI and needed to get down to 149 at least to start maintenance while…

Headache from Earl Grey Tea?
Okay this is really weird. I've always liked both tea and coffee, but I have gotten in the habit of drinking coffee every day at work and loading it up with half & half and at least a tablespoon of sugar. I decided to switch to tea because I can drink it without half and half, usually just a little sugar or honey. Then I…

Pepper and Onion Bruschetta with Melted Cheese
I was going to a party and wanted to being an appetizer. I looked at online recipes for Bruschetta, got the idea and made my own variation. I've done this a few times and it keeps getting better. Italian Bread Olive Oil 2 Bell peppers 1 Onion 1 heaping teaspoon minced garlic Balsamic Vinaigrette Shredded Mozzarella Cheese…

C25K Week 5 Day Three. Completed after 9 months.
I started C25K in July of 2010. I didn't finish the program in time for my first 5K. But I competed anyway and was happy with my results. I wanted to finish a 40 minute run/walk and I did so in 38. I got sidetracked over the holidays and started from the beginning in January. On April 1 I was not yet finished, but switched…

My First 10K Finished!
I want to thank everyone for the tips and encouragement. I probably could have eaten a better meal the night before, but there was a community event I really wanted to go to that was a pot luck dinner - it was ok. My goals for the day were: 1. Finish the race 2. (Easy) Finish under 84 minutes. (My fastest treadmill 10K) 3.…

My first 10K Sunday! Any tips?
I added running to my routine in 2009. Before that I did the elliptical , stair climber, walking or aerobics classes for cardio. I did a 5K in September. I will probably walk some, but my goal is to finish having done 12 - 13 minute miles on average. Today and tomorrow are rest days, I'm drinking a lot of water and will…
