I workout 5 days a week, I've just started logging my calories again, and am now trying to eat "clean" or at least cleaner. I would love some suggestions and also…

wow, I am losing weight, gaining muscle, progressing-- etc. HOWEVER, the increase in vegetables and fruit has left me with the embarrassing problem of flatuence (g-a-s)-- I take Beano, Phyzame all day long-- way over the recommended dosage, but if I don't take it I am in pain with this problem. Does anyone have any…

I just weighed yesterday, fairly new scale, has been reliable in the past: weighed 1st thing in AM- 133lbs. When I went to the gym for my assessment later in the day, fully clothed, with HRM, shoes they weighed me at 134lbs. TODAY i stepped on scale, I don't know why other than that I FELT thinner somehow?? I weighed…

best "no equipment" workout
What are some of everyone's favorite workouts that don't involve equipment? I go to the gym in the morning, but would like something to do at home after work? I am ready for an advanced workout that lasts 25 to 30 minutes to just get some extra calories burned! I've been working out 2x a day for a few months, and I think…

excercise 2 times a day?
Does anyone excercise 2x a day? Is there any harm in this as far as overtraining or something? I usually work out about 1hr and 10 min or so in the morning, then again in the afternoon for 30 min to an hour, depending on the day. I find this has helped me get rid of some inches, and enables me to be able to have a glass of…

up 2 lbs from last week...
Well, I am a little frustrated, I am up 2 lbs from last week. It is "my time" of the month... could that be it? Or it could be the beer and martinis over the holiday weekend. I watched what I ate, but went over my calories for a few days... not more than 500 though. And I've been excercising 5-6 days a week for the last 4…

frustrated
I am new, trying to be optimistic, but am a little frustrated -- have been trying to lose 8 to 10 lbs for at least a year and I just can't seem to get there. I'm going to really give this a chance and see if it helps. I work out 4- 5 days a week and lift weights on those days as well- and I try to keep challenging myself.…
