body fat %
Do you know yours?? And if so, how do you know what it is??? I have a fancy scale that does it, but I don't trust it. Plus, it told me I was 26.2% body fat when I weighed 128, but then told me today 27% body fat at 125.5#. I don't belong to a gym, so I don't have a trainer that could do it for me.

So..... On 6/28 I hit my low weight of 125.5. Up to this point, I was losing about one pound per week. Since then (almost 4 weeks ago), I have been stuck. my wii is no longer accurate.....
....is there a way to re-calibrate the wii fit board?? It has always been pretty close to my personal scale, and now it seems to be off by 3/4 lb or so.
