Todays victory
I started last summer weighing 270lb, morbidly obese and a UK size 24. This morning I was 219lb. I am now still obese but no longer morbidly so, am starting to get into UK 18s and am under 100kg and have lost 51lb. Its been a big day here Edited for dodgy maths

I'm comfort eating
And resolutely unapologetic for it I made a 7 hour round trip today to see my nan. And I think its the last time I will see her. When I said goodbye I actually said Goodbye and told her I loved her and she got very teary. My nan never cries. My heart is actually breaking Normal service will be resumed tomorrow.

I think I might be whooshing
Been a slow 12 days, last week I lost 0.5lb. This week I was weighing more or the same til friday then I dropped 2lb in 2 days and I have NOT stopped PEEING for 2 days now. On not giving up
My 3yo struggles to get her feet up when shes on the parallel bars. Shes bottom heavy like her mama. But she doesnt give up. Shes also not sure of heights but walked the high beam on her own today and with help from her teacher jumped the big jump. Shes showed me today persistence pays off. Just my thought for the day

Week 2 lifting
So slowly segueing into the free weights. My PT has now taught me deadlifts, bench press and shoulder press. This week worked my way up from the bar to 3 sets of 3 at 60kg deadlifts.
