Week 2 lifting

So slowly segueing into the free weights. My PT has now taught me deadlifts, bench press and shoulder press.

This week worked my way up from the bar to 3 sets of 3 at 60kg deadlifts. And tonight working out with a friend worked up from the bar to 2 reps at 47.5kg bench and 2 at 32.5kg shoulders.

Bizarrely proud of myself. May not be much to some but it felt like loads to me. Also think I could really grow to love picking up heavy stuff...
