Hello all, going through what might be a plateau possibly. Stats: 169-170, 5,4. 1530 calories a day. Exercise 3-4 times weekly (each time walking at 3mph for 20 minutes then weights for 10 minutes). Calories in beef
For dinner I had a 7 oz eye of round steak, it was sssooo good. Only problem is that I’m seeing a huge variance of the estimated calories over the web, including the usda website. I logged it as ~340 calories but not sure if I’m close. Any ideas? How do you calculate when there’s so many different estimates?

Calcium rich foods
Hey all, I’ve noticed that in a day I have been getting anywhere from 40% to 90% of my calcium needs, usually it’s 40-50%. My iron intake is also lowish. I’m not a fan of drinking my calories (milk, almond milk, etc). I do love Greek yogurt but there’s not much calcium in that. Any ideas for calcium rich veggies? Or foods…
