Calcium rich foods

Hey all,
I’ve noticed that in a day I have been getting anywhere from 40% to 90% of my calcium needs, usually it’s 40-50%. My iron intake is also lowish.
I’m not a fan of drinking my calories (milk, almond milk, etc). I do love Greek yogurt but there’s not much calcium in that.
Any ideas for calcium rich veggies? Or foods high in calcium and iron but low in calories?

    Make sure all your entries have the right information on calcium/iron, before you start changing things up.
