Please HELP??
I have a bit of a problem.....I'm VERY hungover and I've already spent my cals for the day on crisp sandwiches :/ Should I just pig out and forget about cals and cure my hangover or lock myself away from all the tempting food (I'm not moving much anyways-haha) Any advice?

TWO LBS A WEEK
Is it possible to lose two pounds a week for an extended period of time and keep it off, or is this too much of a loss? I would REALLY love to lose 2lbs a week for the next 9weeks and get down to about 10.5 stone. It seems so unrealistic though.
