NEED HELP - EATING OUT!!!

I need a little bit advice on eating out while eating healthy!
I'm going for dinner in Milano's restaurant tomorrow night and I don't know what to order, I know my usual starter and full pizza can't be had so WHAT WILL I EAT?!
Any advice would be greatly appreciated :)
