Help! lol.
I went to cheesecake factory yesterday, did super well, only ate half of a piece of cheesecake... but the other half is sitting in my fridge calling my name, and today is not a day I have the calories to spare on cheesecake! Someone tell me to ignore it! lol. :laugh:

So, I went to the cheesecake factory for my company team lunch, had 1/2 of the chicken madiera, and 1/2 a piece of cheesecake and boxed the leftovers... so even with my 200 calorie breakfast I still have 150 calories left, and a good workout when I get home should give me plenty of calories for dinner! Not hungry - should I eat anyway?
I'm about 250 calories under goal today, and for the first time ever, and I do mean ever, I'm not hungry. Should I wait an hour and see if that changes, or just eat some nuts or something to bring my total back up?
