Not hungry - should I eat anyway?

I'm about 250 calories under goal today, and for the first time ever, and I do mean ever, I'm not hungry. Should I wait an hour and see if that changes, or just eat some nuts or something to bring my total back up?

    One day isn't going to thrust you into starvation mode. If you truly aren't hungry today, don't force it. I think it does our body good SOMETIMES to eat a litle below or above our calories every now and then. But if you feel hungry later, make sure you eat!

    I agree that one day won't make a difference. Try to plan your days' food in the future so that won't happen.:bigsmile:
