Hi All! I will be in a wedding in 3 months - it has snuck up on me! I have about 20 lbs of fat I'd like to lose, but I realize that 10-15 is probably more realistic... can y'all encourage me with pics of your progress in 3 months?

I'm still a work in progress, but here's what can happen in 3 months time!
The before picture is me at ~200lbs (not thrilled here), and the after, exactly 3 months later at 183lbs (I'm 5'8). It was taken after I completed the 30 Day Shred, which I would recommend if you're looking for fast results, but note you'll lose inches (FAT) and gain muscle, so the scale may not move all that much. Many have had great results with it!
Aside from regular exercise, I ate relatively clean cutting out processed and refined foods. And drank ~64oz of water daily. Good luck!

I'm not sure if this will work, my first picture. I"m going into my 3rd month. I've only lost 12 pounds, but I feel a lot better. Not much difference in the pics that I can tell

Check out some of the shred threads ... sometimes even just 10 pounds can make the craziest difference if you've worked out lots.0

You can do a lot in 3 months! I've lost almost 40lbs since last September, but here's a 3 month/20lb. loss example. I'm 5'2"

Yes we can def tell and you look FAB!!! Keep up the great work!!0 -
I've been trying to shed the "newlywed spread" since Dec. 1, 2012, so I suppose this is officially 3 months! First picture taken Jan 3rd, second is today, Feb 23... I'm 5'4", and currently 135.5 so there's about 9lbs difference between the two. My exercise is hiking, the occasional run, and the 30 Day Shred (I'm on my second round since Dec.) I'm not the most diligent and I tend to snack, but with proper motivation you can have amazing results! Good luck!

Going into my 3rd month into a week
Before stats:
22, F, 181 lbs, 5' 6"
Before (Jan 1st) & After (Feb 19th):
Front pic, Day 8:
Currently: 22, F, 169.5lbs, taken two days ago (Day 52):
In January, I did 30DS everyday, took 3 rest days because I did either two levels or the entire 30DS (all 3 levels) in one day using 4lb dumbbells. This month, I have done the 30DS atleast 3x a week and incorporated HIIT on the treadmill, walking atleast 1hr a week and using 7.5lb dumbbells.0 -
Bump. You all look great. Encouraged by all your progress:)0

You look so amazing!
What kind of workout routine do you have?
I'm graduating this May and started in January, I want to look slimmer for my graduation photos (which I will treasure forever), so I've got just around 2 1/2 months left. Still planning on working out after graduation (because I love it) and your results are very uplifting.0 -
Wow, everyone is doing amazing!0

Bump to remind me to post my progress when I'm on my computer. For now, if you click on my profile pics I have 3 month before/afters there (20 lbs down between nov and feb).0
