Hey guys, I just got back on the wagon, and I'm looking for some encouragement!
Please share some of the things that you are planning to reward yourself with when you reach milestones in your weight loss journey!

I have a rewards program that keeps me going day to day. It's very small amounts because I'm broke but:

$0.10 for every day I do any activity considered "exercise"
$0.25 for every day I drink 8+ glasses of water.
$0.50 for every day I work out for 30+ minutes
    $1.00 for every day I run/jog for 30+ minutes

Also I've decided if I lose 10 pound I get to buy a pair of lulu lemon pants I've been wanting and If it lose 15 pounds I get a lulu lemon jacket to match. If I reach my goal I'm buying myself a brand new bathing suit and a new wardrobe since mine won't fit anymore! haha :-D I'd like to do a trip at the end (Hawaii etc) but we're kind of broke, so I'll see

A new treadmill and elliptical...when I finally hit my main goal. ( and probably a trip to a low key destination with white sandy beaches)

First 10 pounds = Heart Rate Monitor
    Second 10 pounds = MP3 player
Third 10 pounds = New Bras
    Fourth 10 pounds = Pamper day - mani/pedi
Fifth 10 pounds = Complete makeover - hair, makeup and a new outfit
Goal = New Family photo shoot & new wardrobe

The first two rewards will assist me in reaching my goals. The rest are just for me. I figure I have clothes another two sizes down so I don't really need to purchase new clothing for awhile and when I do, I want it to be clothing I'm going to wear when I reach my goal! My husband and I are already planning on a trip when he returns, so I don't really feel like that's a reward for me. I'm greedy, what can I say?!

For my first 10 pounds & 1 month of walking on a regular schedule, I rewarded myself with a pedometer. I love it.
Money is a cool idea. I ahdn't thought of that.
