32 mile ultra marathon & no desire to eat
Ran a 32 mile ultra marathon yesterday. Even though I ran off 4000 calories, I didn't feel like eating much. When I do these extreme distances, I sometimes just can't eat. Too much stress on the body, I'm assuming!! Today I could eat the world!! Does anyone who does endurance events have this problem?

I'm amazed!!
I've been on this site for less than two weeks and have lost 6 pounds! I have lost inches as well because I am fitting in my clothes better. Got my HRM today!!
Got my Polar HRM today!! All set up!! Now I have to go to work. :explode: I will wear it while I work and see what it says. So happy I can get an accurate burn now. Been thinking it's not right as I am an endurance athlete and I think the data base approximates my burn higher than it actually is. Sooooooo excited!! :love:
