Uploading photos

OK... I know this isn't where I should post this, but not sure where else to. I want to upload some new photos and I can't, for the life of me, remember how I uploaded my original pic and can't seem to find where I do it. I'm sure it's very easy. HELP!!!! :noway:

    to the right of your photo the button EDIT PHOTOS
    upload file ... choose file...
