I have started using L Glutamine for recovery and L Arginine before work outs and runs. Does anyone else use these and have you gotten good/bad results? I started the first of May.

BTW.... What the heck is that hCG?? Sounds a little creepy.......

Thanks in advance! :flowerforyou:

Ive been using all of the BCAA's for over a year before and after my workouts which include weight lifting and running. Other say they can notice that Ive become more defined and also Ive noticed I really dont get sore at all actually and I work out 2-3 hours a day. as far as hCG it is a human growth hormone, found in a lot of dairy products, supposed to increase muscle mass, I really dont want to start getting into the hormone thing next thing I know Ill be cycling steroids

I just picked up some Amnio Energy and some L Glutamine and I am interested to see what they do for my workouts and results.

Isn't hCG the stuff that pregnancy tests measure in your pee?

I've noticed more definition in my arms since using it. As for soreness.... when I'm pounding out long runs, I still get sore unless I use an ice bath. I was taking a TRX class and could see in the mirror I had more muscle definition in my arms than anyone there, including the guys!! LOL!!

I won't use any hormones. I had breast cancer and it can be bad for me... hell, I think anyone who messes with hormones is looking for trouble IMHO. I don't want to start any controversy on that subject. I'm just speaking for myself.

indeed, it is the pregnancy hormone your body creates when you are pregnant. I don't understand how causing your body to think it's pregnant reduces weight, except that I think you are only allowed 400 cals a day while on it...
