TRX workout

OMG... I just did a little half hour TRX workout yesterday and I feel it in places that haven't been sore in a long time!! Can't wait for the next one!! This workout ROCKS!! :love:

    I've been doing it at the gym and I *heart* it too. I can't believe how challenging doing very familiar actions but dangling off a strap can be! The newest one I got shown was for the sides of my abs. Boy, did I feel that!

    at the risk of sounding stupid, but hey if u dont ask you dont know, whats TRX?

    Not sure what TRX stands for, but it's a set of suspension exercises done with straps that hang from the ceiling. The resistance is your own body weight and you can make it easier or tougher depending on how far you stand from the center. You also have to hold them steady which adds to the workout (think rings in floor exercises/olympics). You do what looks like simple moves but it's a heck of a workout!! I LOVE it!! :love:

    Sounds awesome!!!!! Think i need to lose more weight before i trust anything suspended, but definately on my to do list for the future! thanks!

    They use towing straps!! Very sturdy!! LOL!! But I understand where you are coming from!

    Just to clarify, not ALL of you is suspended, usually your feet and sometimes your hands are on the floor!
