I have a Blend Tec Blender and I like to make crazy fruit and vegetable smoothies. Without having to list every item (there can be ten or more items), is there an easy way to do this? Maybe in recipes?
Thanks! :flowerforyou:

there is a recipie builder that you list all the ingredients in MFP and then you choose the serving size and it says how many calories it is0

I think recipes would be a good way to go, especially if you're planning on making the same smoothie on more than one occasion!0

i use the recipe feature everyday for my amberliscious smoothies....you can also go back and edit them if you don't make it the same way each time0

Go into the Recipe Tab; Hit Create Recipe>>>in Put Your Info for 1, 2, 3...Name it, then save.0 -
Recipe is the way to go. I have an enormous amount of recipes on the go right now. Pain to enter them initially but later it is a god sent.0
