Lift Heavy?
When I read this I think: If I can do 3 sets of 15reps at 15lbs and it is too easy, Up the weight to 20lbs. and continue to up the weight til I can barely do 10 reps? Work til failure. I don't know if this term is referring to deadlifts or just weight training in general. Anyone want to shed some light?

Before and After Pics - almost at my goal!
Started my journey as a 5'5" 27 year old 187lb woman who wasn't comfortable in her own skin. The middle picture is probably around 35lbs lost so about 152lbs. How to reduce Body fat %

Fitness Competition Foods - Please help
Does anyone have any suggestions for foods that are low fat, high protein, low carb? I have strict numbers that i have to meet each day and on my low carb days 50g, i struggle to find foods that will fit in my day. For protein, I eat chicken, Turkey, Whey protein(powder,shakes,shots), plain greek yogurt. Any suggestions?
