Fitness Competition Foods - Please help

Does anyone have any suggestions for foods that are low fat, high protein, low carb? I have strict numbers that i have to meet each day and on my low carb days 50g, i struggle to find foods that will fit in my day.
For protein, I eat chicken, Turkey, Whey protein(powder,shakes,shots), plain greek yogurt.
Any suggestions?
