I have been blindly lead by my trainer for the past 8-9 months. Don't get me wrong, everything he has given me has worked to the T but I don't feel like I know the meaning behind it. So Does anyone have any books that they recommend me reading in order to grasp the in's and out's of fitness training and/or bodybuilding. Thanks:)
