Started my journey as a 5'5" 27 year old 187lb woman who wasn't comfortable in her own skin. The middle picture is probably around 35lbs lost so about 152lbs. And last but not final, Today I weigh 133lbs and i'm happier in my own skin. MFP is a great tool and helped me stay accountable. Thanks for checking in:)

    oops, now you changed it. You can't use an entire album and link it directly. You can use each picture individually, just grab the direct code and use lower case your http here But don't use any spaces in the brackets or in the title of the pic.
