Need help finding a good solid workout for the back. Between 10-20 minutes, if its on youtube it would be great! I have two 8 lbs dumbells to work with.

For those of you who do the military push up, do you go down all the way til your chest meets the floor? Tried today but im to embarrased to say how many i managed to do.

So I just started my second run of JMBR, moving on two week 3 on thursday. No rest days

Replacing / modifing chestflyies w. resistance cable
I borrowed my copy of JMBR and do not have the resistance cable, instead I use a rubberband. It worked well doing workout 2 but for the chestflies in workout 3 it falls short. Now, is this move a chest or back excersise? I was thinking about doing chest fly on the floor or dumbell rows. What do you suggest?

Menstruation
I went on a glutenfree diet less then three weeks ago. Up to now my period was very regular but now it came early which has never ( what I can recall) happened before. Can this have any thing to do with me going gluten free? Anyone with similar stories?

Jillian and ankleweights
So, in KB&T Jillian mentions that ankleweights is one possible way of making the workout harder. Has anyone tried using ankleweights doing KB&T or any other of JIllians dvds? Which one? And how heavy ankleweights? Any general thoughts? Ill be using them mainly for NMTZ and KB&T and want your opinions!
